McDonald’s is rolling out a new Caesar sauce at participating locations nationwide starting July 21, giving customers a savory new option for chicken sandwiches, wraps and strips.
The creamy sauce features a Parmesan blend with subtle notes of lemon and garlic, bringing classic Caesar flavor to the fast-food menu. It will be available for a limited time as part of three new or updated items.
The Bacon Caesar McCrispy features a crispy chicken filet topped with the sauce, applewood smoked bacon, shredded lettuce, Roma tomatoes, crispy onions and crinkle-cut pickles on a toasted potato roll. The Caesar Snack Wrap includes a McCrispy Strip with shredded cheese, lettuce and the new sauce in a flour tortilla, priced at $2.99. McCrispy Strips, recently updated with crispier panko breading, will also offer the sauce as a dipping option.
The launch reflects McDonald’s ongoing strategy to refresh its menu with seasonal and trendy flavors to keep customers engaged during the summer months. The chain has introduced several limited-time sauces and items in recent years to drive traffic and excitement.
The new Caesar sauce joins other popular options like Spicy Buffalo and Sweet ‘n Sour. It caters to fans of the classic salad while offering a convenient drive-thru twist.
No pricing details were immediately available for all items beyond the snack wrap. Availability may vary by location, and customers are encouraged to check the McDonald’s app or website for details.
The move comes as the fast-food industry continues to compete on innovation amid shifting consumer tastes toward bolder flavors and premium ingredients. McDonald’s has emphasized quality upgrades across its chicken lineup in recent months.
