McKinney doctor indicted in Michigan insurance fraud case

A McKinney doctor has been indicted in Michigan where a federal grand jury returned a true bill accusing him of defrauding insurance companies and creating bogus medical records.

Daniel Castro is accused of doing surgery on patients who didn't need it and then billing the insurance companies.

He is charged on 42 counts.
