Messi Mania is over in Frisco where the Argentine superstar Lionel Messi's Inter Miami beat FC Dallas Sunday evening to advance in the Leagues Cup tournament.
The match was knotted at four-all after regulation time with Messi scoring twice.
But Inter Miami won on penalty kicks 5-to-3.
Inter Miami dominated time of possession with 67 percent.
The loss eliminated FC Dallas from the competition.
