A Mexican national living illegally in Dallas is under arrest after federal investigators say he used TikTok to recruit people to kill U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, 24-year-old Eduardo Aguilar is accused of posting a video offering “$10,000 for each ICE agent” and urging “ten men in Dallas with guts” to carry out the attacks. He was arrested this week and charged with transmitting threats across state lines.

Prosecutors say Aguilar is in the country illegally and is being held in federal custody. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.

Federal authorities have not indicated that any specific ICE agents were targeted, but they describe the case as a serious threat against law enforcement. The investigation remains ongoing.
