Demonstrations under the 'No Kings' banner are planned throughout North Texas Saturday (10/18), part of a nationwide day of protests opposing what organizers call government overreach and authoritarianism.
Rallies are expected to draw participants from across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Here’s where events are scheduled:
Dallas: Pacific Plaza, 12–3 p.m.
Fort Worth: Burk Burnett Park, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
Denton: Denton Square, 110 W. Hickory, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
Frisco: FM 423 at 155 Old Newman Rd., 9–11 a.m.
Plano: 3300 Preston Rd., 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
Carrollton: 2600 Old Denton Rd., 9–10:30 a.m.
McKinney: Near 2025 N. Central Expy., 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
Arlington: Sub-Courthouse, 700 E. Abram St., 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
Law enforcement agencies across DFW say they’re preparing for large crowds and are coordinating with state and local partners to keep demonstrations peaceful.
Organizers say the protests are meant to send a message about the limits of executive power, while officials are urging participants to remain safe, respectful, and compliant with local laws.
