North Texas 19 year old using his handicap to inspire

A 19 year old from Prosper, is using his handicap and some impressive moves on the basketball court, to inspire those who think they can't do it.

Jacob Crespin was born without a left hand. From a young age he was drawn to sports. But one in particular grabbed his attention, basketball.

So he worked and worked and worked some more, even making the high school basketball team. But by the time he was a junior, the basketball coach decided Crespin, who played point guard, just didn't have the skills.

So for years he practiced using what he calls his "nub" to master the skill of dribbling with both that, and his normal right hand.

He started making videos of not only his ball handling skills, but his game in general and posting them on all the usual social media sites.

Crespin who now has tens of thousands of followers on Instagram hopes his story can inspire.
