A North Texas police officer was injured in a crash in Ennis on Monday afternoon, authorities say.
The crash happened around 12 p.m. Monday and involved an officer from the Ellis County city of Palmer, which is about 30 miles south of Dallas, Palmer police said.
Police said the officer and others involved in the crash were taken to local hospitals with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
