DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- One person has died in an overnight crash in Dallas where a car plummeted off a Loop 12 overpass onto Singleton, a drop of about 17 feet.
The victim was dead at the scene and the Dallas County Medical Examiner made the scene to confirm the death. It happened just before 4 a.m. and Dallas police closed off that stretch of Singleton for hours.
Three lanes on Loop 12 -- near the point where the car went off the overpass -- were also closed while investigators looked for the reason the driver lost control.
