One person has died after being struck by a train in Fort Worth last night.
Police got 911 calls just before 8 p.m. saying someone had been hit by a train on the tracks running parallel to East Lancaster near the north end of Lake Arlington.
MedStar was called to the scene but there was nothing they could do and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators cannot yet say why the victim was on the tracks.
