FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - The outgoing mayor of Fort Worth will be holding four more rolling town halls before she leaves office.
Mayor Betsy Price, an avid cyclist, has been holding rolling town halls during her time as mayor, inviting residents to get information and share ideas while pedaling through the streets of Fort Worth and getting a little exercise.
The final rolling town halls, dubbed "The Goodbye-cycle Tour," take place each Wednesday next month, starting at 5:45 p.m.
Each one starts at a different location and, thus, focuses on a different part of the city:
• April 7 – Foster Park/Overton Park, 3725 South Dr.
• April 14 – Rosemont Park, 1400 W. Seminary Dr.
• April 21 – Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge, 9601 Fossil Ridge Rd.
• April 28 – Trinity Park, 1639 Old University Dr.
Rides are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather.
