FIFA has released the numbers from the combined Fan Festivals held across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
13 of the 16 host cities had an official Fan Festival that broadcast all 104 matches.
Monday, FIFA said over 9 million total visitors attended the festivals, and more than 22,000 individual media members showed up.
There were a combined 348 operating days, and of those who went, they shot over 800 million digital videos.
Besides the festivals serving as the official watch party for a host city, over 870 musical acts and live performances took place.
