A Parker County grass fire is still burning this morning.
The Texas A&M Forest Service calls it the Pipeline Fire. It broke about mid-afternoon Tuesday about ten miles east of Mineral Wells.
Just past 3 a.m. Wednesday the US Forest Service updated the status of the fire, saying it's now blackened more than 350 acres and it's still 50 percent out of control.
An elevated fire threat issued by the National Weather Service for the region will last into next week as dry conditions and triple-digit temperatures are forecast.
