One student is injured after a fight involving a knife at Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas, district officials say.
The incident happened Wednesday afternoon and officials said the student was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
According to Dallas ISD, one student stabbed another during a fight. The district said it was a superficial wound.
Wednesday was just the third day of the school year in Dallas ISD, which returned to class on Monday.
