Police have now identified the woman who was shot to death in east Dallas yesterday.
Rachel Witcher was found mortally wounded outside her apartment on Bryan Street near Fitzhugh and Live Oak.
The killer got away but witnesses say it was a black man who drove off in a dark-colored four-door car. That's about all police have to work with right now.
