A killer is still on the run in Garland where two young men from Wylie were gunned down over the weekend. Now, a reward has been offered for information leading to an arrest.
Garland Police Lieutenant Pedro Barineau also says detectives are counting on someone who knows something to come forward. The victims have now been identified as 17-year-old Ruben Santibanez-Arzola and 18-year-old Alen Jesus Chavez.
Santibanez-Arzola was a current student in the Wylie district while Chavez was a former student.
A $5,000 Crime Stoppers reward is now on the table for anyone who comes forward with the necessary information.
