IRVING (1080 KRLD) -- Summer classes are canceled at Irving High School Wednesday because of a power outage. That includes all activities, including special education sessions and the basketball camp.
School administrators say crews were on-site to fix the problem as soon as possible and believed activities would resume as scheduled Thursday.
Students who get their meals at school will pick up breakfast and lunch at Austin Middle School on Union Bower Road about a mile or so from the high school campus.
