DFW Airport is getting a big makeover.
Terminal C - DFW's largest, busiest and oldest terminal is getting a $2 billion renovation.
The huge project will mean upgrades to the interior finishes at 18 domestic gates, expansion to ticketing and security checkpoints, upgrades to concessions and restrooms, and new baggage handling areas.
Pre-construction has already begun with full construction and renovation starting in 2024. The full renovation is expected to be complete in 2026.
