Rent prices went up 0.5% nationally in the last two months, according to a recent study. The increase came after a dip in May -- the first drop in prices nationally since before March 2020.
The states with the largest price increases were South Dakota, Mississippi, Iowa, and North Dakota, while the states with the largest increases were Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and Texas.
