IRVING (1080 KRLD)- The Irving police department is announcing the death of an officer who retired just last year.
The department says Officer Jesse Boleman passed away Sunday after battling health issues. He retired last year after 31 years in law enforcement - twelve of them with the Irving police department.
He also served in the US Army. The department's asking for prayers.
