KRUM (1080 KRLD)- A retired Krum band teacher has been arrested on multiple counts of sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by sexual contact.
Some of the charges against Carol Turner date back nearly three decades. The Krum district says Turner was first hired in 1992 and retired in 2015. But she was re-hired on a part-time basis until 2023.
Turner is banned from all district events and from all district properties.
