A retired Plano Police Officer passed away late Tuesday night said the Plano Police Department via Facebook.
Plano Police Officer David Tilley was a long serving officer. For almost 11 years, he advocated for community outreach and growing the department's social media presence to engage with the Plano community. His service is one of the Public Information Department's longest-serving terms.
Tilley's death was unexpected by his family. Plano PD shared their thoughts and feelings while those who knew him mourn.
