The iconic Reunion Tower celebrates its 45th birthday on Saturday, April 15, and has a bunch of events planned.
Perhaps best known for its iconic light shows, Reunion Tower will mark the milestone with a pink and teal display on April 15. The whole Dallas skyline will also light up in honor of “Reunion Tower Day,” according to a Mayoral Proclamation.
"At Reunion Tower we like to be the cheerleader for Dallas," says Dusti Groskreutz, President of Reunion Tower. "It's nice to get a little light back on us!"
Reunion Tower is offering discount Adult general admission tickets to the GeO-Deck from Friday, April 14 to Sunday, April 16th to guests who were born in April.
And another reason to celebrate is a new restaurant at Reunion Tower. Crown Block opens just two days later on Monday, April 17.
"We get the best birthday present of all," Groskreutz says about Crown Block. "It's going to be a dining experience beyond a typical steakhouse...it's a fine balance between steak, seafood and plant-based cuisine."
