A Richardson man has been indicted for four counts of aggravated assault against a public servant for taking on Dallas police in a March 15th shootout.
Body camera video from the incident shows a car hitting three Dallas police officers as it sped away from an arrest attempt.
Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia said suspect, Seth Michael Anderson, fired approximately 14 shots at officers at an apartment complex on Skillman Ave before he was eventually taken into custody.
Now a grand jury has weighed in leveling four felony charges, each carrying a possible 20-year prison term. Anderson is a known felon with a history of evading arrest and drug charges.
Anderson is curently in the Dallas County jail on a combined $1.3M bond.
