One month after a night club employee was shot in Deep Ellum, police have found the second man they've been looking for.
Dallas Police say a man identified as Korbin Smith was arrested on a weapons charge and one count of aggravated assault in the February 12th shooting of Cameron Cooper who was working at the Deep Ellum bar Free Man.
Cooper was wounded when bullets came through a window, striking him in the leg and stomach. He was left in critical condition and is still recovering.
Police believe Cooper was not the intended target as he was inside the bar and the gunfire came from two men quarreling outside the bar at the corner of Commerce and Henry Street.
Another male suspect, Donnel Davis, was arrested two weeks after the shooting.
