The Senator from Texas confirms he plans to seek a third term in 2024.
Ted Cruz made the announcement in Las Vegas saying while he's focused on the battles in the US Senate, as well as the runoff election in Georgia in two weeks, he's not absolutely ruling out a presidental run but he said he'd discuss that later.
As for the issues, Cruz has been urging Republicans to fight for reinstatement of military members discharged for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine, and for directing more federal funds towards border security.
