Training camp hasn't even started and it appears Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys have already upset some neighbors in Oxnard, California.

Reports say at least 5 residents who live adjacent to the training camp practice fields are complaining that Cowboys have erected two story temporary tents that back up right to their fence line.

The residents have hired a lawyer and even filed a complaint with the city of Oxnard claiming the structures compromise their security and privacy and the structures have obstructed their view, blocked garden sunlight and reduced their home value.

The Cowboys claim they received approval from the city and the tents will be used for a VIP experience for certain fans and guests.

The residents want the structures moved. The Cowboys report to training camp on July 24th.
