Southlake Police have arrested a man they say recorded women undressing in the fitting rooms of an Old Navy store.
Police say the one incident happened June 21st. When police were called to the store on East Southlake Boulevard they arrested 30-year-old Brandon Bernard and say he admitted to filming women under the dressing room stalls.
Police got a search warrant for his phone and discovered he was at that same store back on June 5th and filmed several women that day as well.
Detectives are asking any women who were at that store that day and in the fiitting room between noon and 2 p.m. to please reach out.
Bernard is charged with Invasive Visual Recording, a state jail felony.
