Fairgoers will pay a little more to get through the gates at this year’s State Fair of Texas.
Organizers announced that online tickets for adults will range from $19 to $29, up about $2 from last year. Children’s tickets will run between $14 and $24.
The fair has also adjusted its processing fee, charging a flat $2 instead of last year’s $1.50.
The State Fair opens September 26 and runs through October 19 at Fair Park in Dallas.
Along with new shows, exhibits, and food creations, organizers are promising the return of longtime favorites like Big Tex, the Texas Star Ferris wheel, and the nightly Starlight Parade.
