A teenager is recovering from a gunshot wound suffered Tuesday night in a drive-by shooting in northeast Fort Worth.
Police say the incident happened about 5 p.m. while the 15-year-old boy was standing on Trinity Lakes Drive near Loop 820 and Hurst Boulevard.
Reports say as a white SUV drove by, someone opened fire on the boy striking him in the hand. He was taken to an area hospital with what police describe as non-life-threatening injuries.
Police don't know who the shooter is or why he did it.
