A teenager is up on charges following a deadly crash in the Dallas Red Bird area over the weekend.
Sunday morning, a car rear-ended a pick-up on I-20 near Hampton. The pick-up crashed and rolled down an embankment, killing the woman at the wheel.
An eleven-year-old girl and two teenagers were taken to the hospital as was an adult male. They were all listed in stable condition.
Witnesses saw the driver of the car bail out and run for it. But the 16-year-old was quickly caught by police and faces charges of causing an accident involving death and of failing to stop and render aid.
