The Texas Attorney General is suing another North Texas school district, again accusing the district of electioneering.

This time it's the Frisco ISD. In the lawsuit, Attorney General Ken Paxton accuses the district of illegal electioneering. So what does that mean? He believes the district used official resources to tell employees to vote for certain policies and political measures in the election.

Paxton claims this happened repeatedly and as recently as February 27, by the Frisco ISD's Government Affairs department.

Paxton has already sued the Denton ISD making similar claims that two elementary school principals violated state law by encouraging their staffs to vote against proponents of school vouchers in the primary election.
