The Texas Attorney General's office claims Brittany Dawn Davis violated consumer protection laws when she sold online fitness packages that cost up to $300 and "failed to provide the promised coaching and check-ins" to hundreds of customers.
Customers allege they were ignored after they sought refunds.
The lawuit was filed February 1st and seeks up to a million dollars in penalties and court fees.
