Boltos, was sentenced by a jury in November to 263 years in prison.

Boltos, of North Richland Hills, was convicted after elderly victims testified she seduced them and stole their life savings.

Prosecutors said Hill participated in some of the crimes, often introducing him as her brother. During trial, prosecutors said the total amount Boltos, with help from Hill, stole was at least $3 million, which includes cash, a house, credit card charges and more.

After Boltos' conviction, prosecutors asked that Hill be required to wear an ankle monitor because "he has reason to run." He missed a court hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He also was under a court order not to leave Tarrant County.

He was eventually arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Judge Catalano sentenced Hill to 10 years for bail jumping and failing to appear; 10 years for money laundering an amount between $20,000-$100,000; 20 years for theft of property between $30,000-$150,000; and 85 years for engaging in organized criminal activity.

The sentences will run concurrently.
