The northbound 75 HOV lane between 635 and The Bush Turnpike is closed through late 2026. There will be nightly lane closures in addition as crews install a barrier wall. The NB 75 HOV lane between The Bush Turnpike and Sam Rayburn Tollway is expected to open in early September but motorists need to be alert to crews working in the corridor and plan ahead for possible delays and listen to News Radio 1080 KRLD for the latest up to date traffic reports and check drivetexas.org for nightly lane closures.
This $58.8 million project was awarded to Webber, LLC to improve the mobility and use of the 75 HOV lanes in Collin and Dallas counties. Once completed, these new Technology Lanes will be available for HOVs, low-emission vehicles and motorcycles during peak hours in peak directions. Other safety improvements will also be made in the corridor, and overall completion is expected in late 2026.
