Two pedestrians killed, two others hurt in Dallas crash at Frankford and Coit

Two pedestrians are dead and two others were injured after a traffic crash Thursday evening at Frankford and Coit roads in north Dallas, Dallas police and Dallas Fire-Rescue officials confirmed.

Two pedestrians are dead and two others were injured after a traffic crash Thursday evening at Frankford and Coit roads in north Dallas, Dallas police and Dallas Fire-Rescue officials confirmed.

Crews responded about 6:20 p.m. to a two-vehicle collision that sent four people to a local hospital, where the two pedestrians who had been walking were pronounced dead, while the two vehicle occupants were listed in stable condition.

The identities of those involved have not been released and police said the investigation is ongoing as they work to determine the circumstances that led to the crash.
