This morning we are learning that two Plano students who forced another student to drink urine while at a sleep over will face charges.

The incident happened back in February. The mother of the victim had been pushing police to file charges claiming her son has been suffering from anxiety and depression since the incident.
The students are expected to be charged with assault by contact charge, a Class C misdemeanor, meaning they will face a possible fine no jail time.
The mother of the victim is not happy about the lesser charges being filed. She's planning to file a civil suit against them.
