Two male suspects who happen to be cousins are locked up in Tarrant County where police say they were caught trying to install card skimmers on an ATM in Lake Worth.
Based on tips, police were staking out the location and saw two men later identified as Adrian Parulea and Florin Parulea working on the ATM.
As they were leaving the scene, the officers pulled over their van and found the tools of their illegal trade.
Both men are now jailed on felony charges of Unlawful Interception of Electronic Communications.
