A Little Elm man is behind bars in Denton County, accused in a violent sexual assault in Denton.
According to Denton Police they got a 911 call saying a woman had approached the caller for help. Investigators learned she had been choked, repeatedly punched, threatened and sexually assaulted at or near an apartment complex a few blocks from the UNT campus.
Detectives quickly narrowed their suspect list down one name. Gadiel Alejandro Davila-Perez was arrested in Little Elm yesterday and locked up in the Denton city jail.
