It’s much more than just a week. For nearly 30 years, restaurants throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area have joined together to bring the public DFW Restaurant Week, one of the longest-running events of its kind in the nation.

Pre-fixe menu options for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and signature dining experiences allow restaurant week diners to explore the robust variety of cuisine that makes the DFW dining scene so exciting. Participating in restaurant week isn’t just a culinary adventure – the event has raised more than $12 million for its charity partners over the years.

This year a live broadcast of the KRLD Afternoon News from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, July 10, at Culinary Dropout in Dallas with David Rancken and Kristin Diaz kicked off the festivities. That’s when reservations opened and when the list of participating establishments were announced. Check it out here, it includes a wide range of options, from Brazilian to Thai and more.

KRLD is also offering new ways to get involved and win prizes, along with event sponsor Stella Artois, for the 2025 DFW Restaurant Week kickoff.

·       Players in the official Kick Off for Stella Shuffleboard Contest in DFW on July 10 had a chance to get closer to being entered into the final tournament to win a grand prize trip to Belgium

·        Those who register through July 14 could win the Dinner AT a DFW Restaurant Week Sweepstakes, a $750 gift card to be used at any participating restaurant

Up next after the Reservation Day event is the DFW Restaurant Week Preview Weekend from July 31-Aug. 3. Then, the real event begins on Aug. 4 and runs through the end of the month. You can learn how to get a taste of restaurant week by visiting the website here.
