Coming up on Sunday, we'll change the clocks to accommodate the end of Daylight Saving Time -- and it's a change some people actually dread.
Forty percent of people say they get anxious about it as many as 11 days before the time change, and the anxiety can continue until Nov. 16.
Jay Pea, a spokesman for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, joined Ask the Expert on Tuesday. He's also a co-president of the Coalition for Permanent Standard Time.
