Lake Worth woman arrested after violent dog attack that left victim seriously injured

Lake Worth police arrest a woman accused of owning the dogs that mauled a person earlier this month, leaving the victim with severe injuries.

Officers took 39-year-old Autumn Billings into custody around 3 a.m. near Lake Worth Boulevard and Robert’s Cut Off Road.

Police Chief J.T. Manoushagian said Billings is charged with attack by dog causing serious bodily injury, a felony.

Her boyfriend, 51-year-old Rhimmain Little, was also arrested and charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution of a known felon.

Chief Manoushagian praised officers and detectives for their “relentless effort” in tracking down the pair, saying their work “will not heal physical wounds, but may bring some relief and closure” to the victim and family. The case remains under investigation by the Lake Worth Police Department.
