A 39-year-old woman faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a shooting at an apartment complex swimming pool in Plano, police say.
The incident happened over the weekend at an apartment complex on Chase Oaks Boulevard, Plano police said. An apparent argument escelated to the point where Brandi Morris, 39, fired a gun at a nother woman.
Police said a bystander took the gun away from Morris after the shooting and that officers on the scene provided medical care until paramedics arrived and took the victim to an area hospital.
