A killer is on the run in Dallas where a woman was gunned down over the weekend.
Saturday night, Latorra Allen was fatally shot at Cherokee Village, a southeast Dallas complex near Jim Miller and Elam. Police say there was some sort of celebration going on in the courtyard and several shots were fired.
Allen was struck in the neck and died at the hospital.
