An uniedntified woman has died after being shot in East Oak Cliff Sunday.
Police say the female victim was already dead when she was discovered on Seaton Drive just west of I-45 Sunday morning. But it's not clear what time she was shot.
Dallas PD detectives don't know who shot her or why.
