A killer is on the loose in east Dallas where a woman was gunned down outside her apartment this morning.
Just before 2 a.m. gunfire was heard at a complex on Bryan Street near Fitzhugh and Live Oak.
When police got there they found the victim was already dead.
Detectives don't know why she was shot or who did it.
