Dallas police say a 16-year-old was killed in a wrong way accident overnight and the other driver has been charged.
Police say they got the call around midnight about the two car accident on West Illinois Avenue.
Police say the teen victim was driving eastbound when 22-year-old Pedro Garcia-Cleto, who was driving westbound, crossed over the center lanes and into the eastbound lanes hitting the teen head-on.
Police say the 16-year old was killed. Garcia-Cleto was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Police say he was drunk at the time of the crash and will be charged with intoxication manslaughter.
