A man has drowned in Joe Pool Lake.
The Grand Prairie Fire Department says the man was last seen at around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, swimming near the beach area and restrooms.
After he failed to resurface, the dive team was called to the scene.
Divers conducted a search and recovered the man's body.
The fire department says the man was not wearing a life jacket.
