Dallas police are holding the man they've been looking for since finding a man shot to death in southeast Oak Cliff last week.
The badly wounded victim named Shelton Watson was shot several times and died at the hospital. A witness saw it all go down in a parking lot near Ledbetter and Bonnie View.
That witness was able to identify a picture of Henry Ingram who is now jailed on a capital murder charge. Records who Ingram was just paroled last year on a ten year stretch for burglary.
