We know a lot of situations go down at 7-Eleven, and at 7-Elevens in Florida you’re liable to see anything.

Over the weekend, a cashier at a 7-Eleven in St. Petersburg was arrested after he got into a confrontation with a customer.

According to The Smoking Gun, 35-year-old Miles Jenkins was “frustrated with a customer over payment” when he decided to throw a Big Gulp full of lemonade at her!

Other customers witnessed the incident and described Jenkins as making “spontaneous statements admitting to striking.”

While this incident may have usually just been a misdemeanor, Jenkins has priors and previously served time in prison, so his charges were bumped up to felony battery.

All over a Big Gulp.  Maybe if it was a Small Gulp it would've just been a misdemeanor!
