Everyone is talking about the gas prices. Some experts say the continued increase is imminent if Russia-Ukraine tensions escalate and demand ticks up even further as the weather gets warmer and more Americans hit the road.
Daniel Armbruster with AAA joined the KRLD Afternoon News to talk about the increase.
Armbruster said history shows the prices can indeed get higher than where they're at now. He said right now, there are many different factors that lead to the prices at the pump. Diesel is also on the rise, which could further delay the supply chain shortage or cause consumers to pay more for products in high demand.
